Our Statements

Of Faith

We believe:

In one God-the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

That the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by plenary inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.

That man is born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, inclined to evil, and that continually.

That the finally impenitent are hopelessly and eternally lost.

That the atonement through Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whosoever repents and believes on the Lord Jesus Christ is justified and regenerated and saved from the dominion of sin.

That the Holy Spirit bears witness to the new birth, and also to the entire sanctification of believers.

That our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.

Of Purpose

We exist to magnify God by leading people to Christ and then to church membership, spiritual maturity, ministry in the church and mission in the world.

Of Values

We value Bible-centered preaching and teaching.  We believe only the Word of God has power to transform us from individuals separated from God by sin to Christlike persons (Matthew 28:19, 20; 1 Corinthians 1:17, 18; 2 Timothy 3:15-17).

We value Godly servant leaders.  We believe that those who lead in the church should have the mind of Christ who came not to be served but to serve (Matthew 20:28; Mark 10:45).

We value the giving of tithes and offerings.  We believe that giving tithes and offerings develops people spiritually as well as funds the work of God (Deuteronomy 14:23; Malachi 3:8-10; Matthew 23:23; Acts 20:35).

We value obedience to the Great Commission.  We believe this church exists to reach and teach (Matthew 28:19, 20).

We value people.  We believe that all people should be valued because they are created by God and redeemed by Christ (Genesis 1:26; John 3:16).

We value guests.  We believe that every guest to a service or event of this local church should be received as a gift from God and should be treated accordingly (1 Corinthians 4:2; James 5:17).

Of Vision

Building the Kingdom one soul at a time.
